Terms of Service

By using 428hr.com or engaging 428HR services, you agree to these Terms of Service. 428HR is a Philippine HRIS offered to small and medium businesses with 5 to 200 employees.

428HR provides a Philippine HRIS covering core HR, attendance & timekeeping, leave management, payroll, Philippine compliance (SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG / BIR), employee self-service, and security & admin.

Service scope, pricing, and implementation timelines are defined in the order confirmation sent after signup.

The annual plan is ₱25,398/year, all-in, and covers the full 428HR platform (HRIS software + PH-based support) for 5 to 200 employees — no per-employee fees.

All prices are stated in Philippine Peso (₱) and are annual subscriptions unless otherwise specified.

Payment is due before onboarding begins. We accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.

Prices include access to the platform, statutory compliance updates, and email-based support from the Philippine-based team.

If we fail to deliver the platform as specified in your order confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the scheduled go-live date.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after onboarding has begun or once the platform is provisioned with your organisation data.

You retain full ownership of the employee and payroll data you enter into 428HR.

We process your data only as needed to operate the service, compute payroll, and generate statutory reports — never for marketing, resale, or third-party sharing.

You may export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV / Excel) from within the platform.

428HR's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific annual subscription in dispute.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

428HR is a software tool, not a tax or legal advisor. Outputs (BIR forms, contribution tables) should be reviewed by your accountant or bookkeeper before filing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
